Product Mockup Process

I begin by photographing a prototype or create a physical sample depending on the type of product. In some cases I will create a mockup from scratch by sketching and illustrating it before the photoshop process.

Crop photo or bring illustration into photoshop. Structuring layers and match the product's exact size.

Utilize available templates by linking them as smart objects to seamlessly apply artwork onto the mockup.

Use photoshop's wrapping tools to warp the smart object.

Fine-tune by incorporating shading, noise, and highlighting as necessary to enhance the realism of the mockup.

Elevate the final mockup by adding embellishments and finishes, ensuring a polished and professional outcome.
